This ancient villa was built on a natural terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside at 360°, just outside the town of Montaione. A haven of peace and tranquility immersed in nature, where your gaze wanders over vast oak and holm oak forests to the Apennines in the distance. Built by the ancient Strozzi noble family, Florentine bankers, on the ruins of an ancient castle, the villa has been passed down from generation to generation, and now belongs to its current owners. A wing of the grand villa has been restored to create a splendid vacation home, recreating the atmosphere of the lords of yesteryear in the Tuscan countryside. Entertainment options abound, from gentle far niente to walks along shady paths through woods rich in wildlife, to excursions to nearby towns and villages.
