This stone house, whose origins date back to the 17th century, is set on a hillside surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It's the ideal starting point for excursions to the art cities of Tuscany and to visit the countless medieval villages and churches, or, why not, go shopping in the various outlet centers featuring the best Italian haute couture brands (Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana). The property is ideal for groups of friends or large families who wish to spend their vacations together and enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. The house is surrounded by a large lawn equipped with garden furniture (chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) and, 50m away (outside in the garden), a swimming pool (10X20m; depth 1.50-2.50m)(02/05-26/09) with external shower, shared with guests at the same owner's VETUS residence. The accommodation is equipped with baby bed and high chair, Wifi Internet included in the price.
