Property for exclusive use
Characteristic house with annex, recently restructured and equipped with all amenities, with a total surface area of 180 m2, accommodating 8 people with its 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The private swimming pool is in a panoramic position, surrounded by vast external spaces which, together with a beautiful shaded pergola for enjoying the outdoors with barbecue area, represent the true essence for a vacation of pure relaxation.

Casa Belmonte is surrounded by a garden with olive trees, cypresses, flowering plants and fruit trees, with a splendid view of the surrounding vineyards. Directly opposite the main entrance is a pergola equipped with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, plus a rustic barbecue. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the region's typical hilly landscape. On a sloping hillside, accessible by a staircase and always in a panoramic position, is the private swimming pool, rectangular in shape with a Roman staircase, which measures 6x12 and varies in depth from 1.20 to 2.20 metres. Surrounding it is a paved solarium area equipped with sunbeds, an unheated outdoor shower and a shaded gazebo furnished with a wicker lounge and ping pong table. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The property comprises a main house on two levels and an adjacent apartment on the first floor, which is not connected from the inside. The main house comprises a ground-floor living room with satellite TV, CD player and large fireplace, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and rustic-style dining table, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. The second floor comprises 1 double bedroom with four-poster bed dating from the early 20th century, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The adjacent apartment is on the first floor and comprises another living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and characteristic high windows.
Location
Casa Belmonte is located in the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Chianti Sienese region. The backdrop is a countryside of vineyards and olive groves. The position is tranquil, with views over the countryside dotted with houses and farmhouses.

The villa is equipped with Wifi internet access, central heating, high chair, hair dryer and on-property parking.
Services
Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, electricity, water and gas consumption, high chair and final cleaning. On request and payable on site: dinners, domestic help, cookery lessons, baby sitter, wine and oil tastings, horse riding and other excursions.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. Arrivals must be between 4pm and 7pm. Only small pets are allowed. Behind and to one side of the house are 2 other residences (one of which is inhabited by the owner), but with separate entrances and complete privacy.
