Surrounded by olive groves and verdant forests, it offers a peaceful vacation in a relaxing idyllic setting. The location allows art and culture enthusiasts to quickly reach some of Tuscany's most famous cities: Pisa with its tower on the Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient ramparts, Volterra and its Etruscan remains. Florence is also within easy reach in just 1 hour by car. Those who like to laze on the beach will appreciate the beaches of the Versilia coast or Marina di Pisa. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with a panoramic terrace equipped with barbecue and wood-burning oven for outdoor dining in the shade of olive trees, enhanced by a swimming pool (10x4m; depth 1.45 m)(18/5-12/10) with external shower and lighting. Cots (free), domestic help and Wifi Internet use payable on site are available on request. Central heating. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Small pets are only accepted with the owner's agreement at the time of booking. Access via 1 km dirt track unsuitable for sports cars. For tidiness and cleaning problems, bed linen and towels must be hired (12 euro/person/change).
