Casale Presciano lies in a small valley between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena. Situated on a natural terrace, the property is surrounded by countryside cultivated with vegetable gardens and fruit trees, all rigorously organic. During your vacation, you can choose between relaxing in the peaceful countryside, visiting the nearby art cities, the beautiful Chianti villages, spa resorts, Romanesque churches, museums or simply shopping in the outlets of top Italian fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Ferragamo. The farmhouse consists of 3 accommodations, two of which are located in the main structure, and an outbuilding resulting from the restoration of an old hay barn. This allows a group of friends to spend a vacation together, but each with their own accommodation. The property is fully fenced, and includes a beautiful garden tended by the owner almost every day, the swimming pool (12x6 prof. 1.40m)(15/05-15/10 open from 8:00 to 20:00), a pergola equipped for outdoor lunches, barbecue, children's playground. All accommodation is equipped with central heating, air-conditioning in bedrooms and Wi-Fi internet access. Domestic help, baby sitter, cook, cooking lessons available on request. Parking on the property.
