Villa Minuta is located in the small hamlet of Minuta, about 1 km from Scala, the ancient center of the Amalfi Coast, on a rocky ridge surrounded by lush nature, rich in maquis and terraced land cultivated with small vineyards and lemon trees. The dominant position offers spectacular panoramic views, ranging from the green and colorful flowers to the azure blue of the sea. The villa, reached by a 100-step path, is located next to the small square and the evocative Romanesque church. It's possible that once you've arrived at the villa, absorbed by the beauty of the landscape, you'll have no desire to devote a few days to excursions. If not, it's only a matter of minutes to Positano, Amalfi or Ravello, and well worth the effort. The garden surrounding the villa is an oasis of calm, whether you're lying in the sun or immersed in the pool (10x5 prof. 2.2m)(01/05-30/09) with external shower. A vast terrace-solarium area, offering a unique and spectacular panorama, a patio equipped with an elegant wicker lounge (barbecue and wood-burning oven), well-kept gardens and three terraces with meadows make Villa Minuta the ideal place for an unforgettable stay. The villa is equipped with heating, air conditioning, satellite TV in all rooms and Wi fi internet connection. Cleaning during the week, 4 times (8 hours in total) included in the price. On request, domestic help, extra linen change, baby sitter, cook, firewood. PLEASE NOTE: electricity is included in the price up to 300 kwh consumption. Above 300 kwh, electricity will be charged according to actual consumption. The villa has no parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: large living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style coffee machine), 1st summer: (access from outside and via a spiral staircase from inside), 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.2nd summer: (access from outside and via a spiral staircase from inside), 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower, one of which has a panoramic balcony. The solarium terrace leads to 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, and to the laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
