Property for exclusive use
Property for exclusive use. 400 m2 Tuscan country house with private swimming pool and whirlpool, suitable for 14 guests with 5 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Guests have access to 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, a gym and, outside, a fenced garden, terraces and a gazebo. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning in the rooms and Wi-Fi internet connection; it is located in a panoramic position.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The stone building, which dates back to the 18th century, is surrounded by a large olive grove and a beautiful lawn, and features a relaxation area with a 12x6-meter swimming pool ranging in depth from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, an outdoor shower, a hydromassage pool (3x3m), a fully-equipped gazebo, a loggia with an outdoor breakfast table, a stone barbecue and a ping-pong table. A fitness room is also available to guests. All external areas are well maintained and tended, with an automatic watering system. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The stone residence has been completely restored, while retaining its original charm. The old terracotta floors and wooden roof beams have been retained, in keeping with the characteristics of rural buildings of yesteryear. Electrical and water systems have recently been installed, as has air conditioning in the bedrooms. The first floor opens onto a large, bright living room with satellite TV and fireplace; it is separated from the dining room by an arch, with direct access to the terrace with a large table ideal for dinners or breakfasts facing the panorama, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and shower, 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom. The fitness room and laundry room with washing machine and sink complete the first floor.
The second floor is accessed via an internal staircase and comprises a small living room with fireplace and satellite TV, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom, 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, 1 bathroom with shower.

Casa al Monte is located in the Chianti countryside, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves, offering a relaxing panorama. Optimal tranquility and privacy, particularly suited to those who enjoy a vacation of relaxation, nature and sport. Panoramic views over the countryside.

Important information
The swimming pool and whirlpool are open from 01/05 to 30/09. Access to the house is via an unpaved dirt road about 2 km long. The gardener and pool cleaner will be on site, usually early in the morning, or at other times to be agreed, so as not to disturb. The entrance gate is equipped with a remote control supplied to guests. Pets allowed against payment.
Services
Included in the price are household linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and pool (changed weekly), internet connection, water and gas consumption (excluding heating), high chair and cot. On request and payable on site, additional hours of domestic help, shopping service, cook for lunches and dinners, cooking lessons and baby-sitter.
Activities and distances
We're in the heart of the Chianti region, just a few kilometers from Panzano, with its many stores and weekly market in the piazza. All the other small towns - Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda - can be reached in just a few dozen minutes by car. Florence is about 30 minutes away, and can also be reached by public transport. Siena is reached via Chiantigiana, which offers splendid panoramic views of vineyards such as the famous Chianti. Even San Gimignano is within easy reach. There are numerous wine cellars on the farms where you can taste the best Tuscan wines.
