Property for exclusive use
Country house set in a large farmhouse on the outskirts of a small hamlet, east of the town of Siena, surrounded by cultivated countryside with vast olive groves, large vineyards and fields in seed. The view is restful and vast, with the city of Siena in the background. It's a home well suited to a large family or a group of friends wishing to visit the smaller centers of the Tuscan countryside as well as Siena. Between two excursions, relaxing in the coolness of the garden or taking a dip in the private pool (14x8 prof. 2.5 m) (01/05-30/10) will be a real pleasure. In the cool of the evening, there's nothing like sitting around the table and savoring local dishes, washed down with one of Chianti's superb wines. Within a 100-meter radius are two other country houses, Montechiaro Capanna and Montechiaro Capannina, each with its own swimming pool, for a total of 28 beds. If you have a really large group of friends, this is the ideal destination for a shared vacation, but each with their own privacy. The accommodation is equipped with central heating and Wi fi internet connection. Domestic help, baby sitter, cook, cooking lessons on request. Parking on the property.
