Small 60's villa of 150 m2 with private pool, able to accommodate 8 people with 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. External areas feature a fenced garden, barbecue, children's play area, basement room with table soccer and table tennis. Parking is available on the property. The accommodation is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning; guests have 8 bicycles at their disposal.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The house is surrounded by a large, fully fenced area with a natural lawn, plants and flowers. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool for exclusive use, measuring 10x5 with a depth varying from 1.40 to 1.95 meters; it is equipped with an external shower and sunbeds. A large balcony and a garden area equipped with table, armchairs and stone barbecue complete the outdoor area. An area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and a children's playground. Parking is available inside the property.

The apartment is on a single floor. On the raised first floor (6 steps) there is an entrance/living room with TV, dining room with sitting area and TV, a large, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining table, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. In the basement there's a large room with table soccer and table tennis, and a second room with 8 bicycles for guests' use.
Villino Franco lies in a flat position in a small village. Thanks to its position, it enjoys a good deal of peace and quiet, although it's not far from essential stores.
