Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable terraced house "El Palmar". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, children's playground. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 300 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 450 m, sandy beach "Playa de les Bovetes" 700 m. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, sailing school 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
