In the heart of Parentis-en-Born, we offer you a detached house with enclosed garden. You're just a stone's throw from Parentis-en-Born town center, with its restaurants and market. Ideal for a weekend or more with family or friends. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. An adjoining storeroom is equipped with a washing machine and freezer. A bright living room offers a reading or TV area (no WIFI, but you can rent a set-top box), as well as a dining area. Sleeping capacity is for 8 people in two ground-floor bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with a 140cm bed, plus two upstairs bedrooms with 140cm beds and storage space, accessible from the outside. Two shower rooms available. Two WCs, one separate for added comfort. Outside, there's a garden where you can enjoy your meals and take advantage of fine weather. Parking is available in the grounds. If you like, you can park and cycle to the lake to relax, go paddling, enjoy aqua leisure activities or watch the sunset. You can also walk to the center of town to do your shopping, or enjoy a coffee on the terrace. Pets (cats and dogs) are welcome.
