Magnificent view of the Baie des Sables. 61 m2 seafront T2 apartment on the second floor of a half-floor residence with elevator, comprising an entrance hall, living room with balcony and 160cm sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, shower room: washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC, bedroom with 160cm bed and two single beds. To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank cheque and €60.00 cleaning deposit. Vacation vouchers accepted. Optional: cleaning possible at end of stay, €60.00 fee and linen hire if you wish.
