The villa features a living room with sofa and connected TV area, and a 46.30 m² fully-equipped open kitchen with direct access to the terrace and pool. A first master bedroom on the ground floor (12.98 m²) with double bed and 180 cm king-size bed, en-suite shower room, wc and dressing room. Another separate wc on the ground floor.
Upstairs: bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bedroom with air-conditioned 2-person bed and closet, bathroom with bath, double basin and toilet.
An air-conditioned bedroom with large closet and 2-person 160 cm bed.
The outside area is equipped with a plancha area, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols and a private swimming pool with children's alarm and table tennis.
Linen provided (sheets and towels), welcome gift.
