Pleasant vacation home, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Come and discover the southern Gulf of Morbihan from this house, ideally located 500 m from Sarzeau town center and its shops, and in the center of the Rhuys peninsula.
On the ground floor, the house comprises an entrance hall with checkroom, a living room with dining area, and a separate, well-equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to a bedroom with double bed and storage space, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs you'll find a shower room, two bedrooms with double beds and lovely views of the Golfe du Morbihan in the distance. On a clear day, you can even see the town of Vannes! A sleeping area on the landing with two single beds completes the house's sleeping possibilities.
