Between the international golf and the ocean "Golf Loisirs" is a pedestrian residence with swimming pool. You will appreciate this pleasant semi detached house, 80m² approximately, all comforts, for 6 persons, located in the heart of the pine forest. The equipped kitchen area is open to the living room, acting as a living room/dining room, opening by a bay window on a wooden terrace partially covered with garden furniture and a not enclosed garden. The first bedroom, equipped with a double bed (sleeping 140cm) is on the ground floor as well as the sanitary facilities including shower cabin and independent WC. On the first floor, reach a large mezzanine and two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (sleeping 140cm). There is a numbered car park at the entrance of the residence. Join the beach, shops, restaurants and schools at 2.5 km, the golf course, tennis court, rail at 500 m or the lake at 3.5 km (Ref 03241)
