Exceptional holiday villa with private pool on the dune side, located near the forest and the large beach accommodating up to 10 people Quiet, at the end of a dead end, not overlooked, an exceptional villa of 130 m2 with heated and secure swimming pool, tastefully decorated, 15 mins walk from the beach around 950 m and 2 km from the shops. It consists of a contemporary kitchen, fitted and equipped, open to a large living room with a large screen TV and a wood stove for winter evenings. From the large living room overlooks a private heated swimming pool, facing south which is very popular during the summer seasons. The accommodation is equipped with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 of which have TV (2 160 cm beds, 2 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm bunk beds) 3 bathrooms with WC, 2 of which have adjoining bedrooms with a bathroom/wc. A pretty landscaped and wooded plot of 410 m2, fully fenced and not overlooked with 2 terraces equipped with tables and armchairs/Parasol, 2 private parking spaces and a garden shed. 4 bikes are available free of charge throughout your stay. In the village of Barbâtre (5 min by car) are all the necessary local shops as well as a supermarket. The island of Noirmoutier benefits from a microclimate and offers many festivals and activities: walks, salt marsh visits, mini golf, Aquarium, … Come and share good times on our island!
