The secure "LAGUNE ET MER" residence, located to the south of Saint Cyprien Plage, just a few meters from the beach, comprises comfortable vacation apartments with parking and sea and lagoon views.
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 4-person apartment comprises :
A corridor leading to the living room (pull-out bed for 1 or 2 people) with kitchenette (TOP fridge with small freezer, 4-burner electric hob, oven and microwave), a bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a bedroom with 140cm bed and TV. Adjoining the bedroom is a large terrace overlooking the Lagoon.
A second terrace (on the living room side) offers panoramic sea views, with garden furniture and, above all, a solid barbecue.
A simple but functional rental, with the option of leaving your car in the private parking space and taking advantage of the beach just 20 m away.
Restaurants and local shops just a few meters away.
Lockable bicycle storage available.
Highlights: Close to the beach, private parking, 2 terraces with views of the lagoon and the sea.
Ideal for a relaxing vacation!

Optional extras: Linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).

    Very pleasant and relaxing stay with the beach nearby, the area is calm and quiet so for entertainment, restaurants and bars you have to go to the port about 10 mns by car, a small grocery store with bread 10 mns walk away. Nice apartment but equipment a bit limited, the worst for us was the bed in the bedroom, mattress too soft that we turned over every day! the agency hostess was neither sympathetic nor understanding on this subject!
