I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 30-square-meter apartment with terrace, located in La Baule-Escoubalac, and able to accommodate 4 people.
The residence has a communal swimming pool and garden.
You'll be staying just 250m from the sea and 8 minutes by car from the town center.

Philippe, the owner and former Airbnb SuperHost, has entrusted me with the management of his apartment.
You'll have a great time here, in a quiet location close to the most beautiful beach in Europe - according to some chauvinists!
The apartment is simply decorated but very comfortable, and you'll especially appreciate the large terrace.
Very quiet 30m² apartment with a 20m² terrace, on the 4th and top floor with elevator.
The secure residence is located in the heart of a magnificent park, 250 m from the beach in the middle of the Bay of La Baule, 200 m from the Escoublac forest and the Platanes equestrian center.
There are also 2 private swimming pools open from May to September.
Just across the road, the Forêt pharmacy and the Épicerie de la Forêt (newsagent, bread, croissants and freshly prepared dishes every day).
On the beach, restaurants and sailing clubs.
The apartment has a double bedroom with a large balcony, a living room opening onto the terrace and able to accommodate two single beds.
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

La Baule is a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, part of the Côte d'Amour, between Le Pouliguen and Pornichet.
The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its town center boasts remarkable architecture.
Every year, the town hosts the famous La Baule triathlon.
