Our apartment is located in Torrevieja facing the Shipwrecked beach.
It is on the first floor of a small 2-storey residence, it has 4 rooms, a living room with open kitchen and 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6).
It is comfortable and well equipped with high speed fiber and wifi, TV + Chromecast, washing machine, microwave grill, 4-burner ceramic hob, programmable ceiling fans in each room, terrace. The swimming pool and its paddling pool are open all year round.
At the foot of the residence you will find all the amenities, shops, restaurants, the Friday market, the tourist center is 20 minutes walk along the sea.
Possibility of free parking around the residence. The car is not necessary.
Torrevieja is a seaside resort located on the Costa Blanca 40 minutes south of Alicante, which is renowned for its dry and Mediterranean climate with an average of 340 days of sunshine per year with ideal average temperatures: 18 degrees in February, 30 degrees in August.
It is therefore pleasant to spend sunny holidays there all year round.
Accessible by plane via the international airports of Murcia or Alicante with many low cost companies (Volotea, Vueling, Easy jet, Ryanair ...)
