Located in the heart of a small village far from the hustle and bustle, Annie and Pascal's gîte is a lovingly restored 19th-century schoolhouse.
Nearby: Brioude (Biennale de l'Aquarelle, Hôtel de la Dentelle, Maison du Saumon, Maison de Mandrin, basilica...) 10 km, Ally (windmills, wind farm, silver and antimony mines) 14 km. All shops and services in Brioude (10 km). With its bay windows, the house opens out onto a pleasant, well-exposed 25 m² enclosed terrace and 200 m² of unenclosed grounds dotted with flowerbeds.
On the first floor, the large living room features a closed hearth fireplace facing the kitchen area, and a sitting area extending the dining area. On the same level, there's an additional shower room and separate toilet.
The 3 bedrooms for 2 people each (1 bed 160, 2 beds 140) are on the 1st floor (with direct access via an outside staircase). The largest opens onto a spacious veranda with a lounge and independent access via the shared corridor. Large shower room and separate toilet.
Services included:
- Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, baby carrier, potty, WC reducer, crockery.
Optional services :
-Electric heating by heating slab in supplement according to consumption from 1/10 to 1/05. Wood for fireplace extra charge: 15€/case.
-Cleaning service available on request from the owner on arrival: €60. An equivalent deposit will be required if this option is not taken up.
-Possibility of renting sheets: 10 €/bed and towels: 10 €/person (to be paid on site to the owner).
A deposit of 300 € will be required on arrival.
