Location Vacances à Sète : Lovely 2-room apartment (33m²) located in a quiet residence, with shared pool (pool open from June 01 to August 31.) From its loggia it has a beautiful sea view. Located on the 1st floor with elevator. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops 50 m away. Residence a few steps from the fishing port of Sète.
The apartment features an airy bedroom with a 140cm double bed. The living room has a sofa bed (for two people), storage space and a flat-screen TV, with reversible air-conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with (3-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave). The shower room (basin, shower and storage) is separate from the WC. Shared swimming pool open from June 15 to August 31. The apartment has a closed garage in the basement (n°813).
Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible : 50€ (details on request)
