Small semi-detached house in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district of Sarzeau, in a charming residence with pedestrian walkways. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette that opens onto a paved terrace and a small enclosed garden - with a shed where you can store your garden furniture and barbecue. Separate WC.
The first floor comprises a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a shower room.
A numbered parking space is available at the entrance to the residence.
