Located in Biscarrosse-Plage, Camping Campéole Plage Sud ****, welcomes you 800m from the ocean in the heart of Biscarrosse-Plage, where you can choose between discovering the Landes forest by bike or sunbathing on the fine sandy beaches of the Côte d'Argent. At Plage Sud, even your car will be on vacation.
In addition to the beach, you'll also be able to swim in a magnificent aquatic area with two heated outdoor pools and two whirlpools.
To make your stay as dynamic as possible, you'll also have access to a host of leisure facilities, including an entertainment marquee, a multi-purpose hall and a playground for the little ones! For the grown-ups, there's a multi-sports field, a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.
New for 2024: a fitness room* and padel to keep you in shape even on vacation! (*reserved for +16 year olds)
Your stay will be punctuated by various daytime activities led by a team of entertainers: fitness classes, gentle gymnastics, stretching, and a pétanque tournament. Olympiads will bring the whole family together for a great time!
Your evenings will also be enlivened by dance evenings, karaoke evenings, big games, holiday shows: magic, children's shows, café-théâtre.
3 Children's Clubs welcome our youngest guests (aged 4/6, 7/10 and 11/13), offering a wide range of fun and creative activities during the summer school vacations.
During the summer school vacations, teenagers (aged 14/17) will not be left out: they can also have fun with activities specially planned for them: manual activities, show creation, etc.
For your convenience, the campsite offers a wide range of services from opening to September: wifi access, snack bar/bar, grocery store, bread depot and much more...
The campsite is a family destination, with many surf spots and sports activities in the vicinity. The 80 kms of cycle paths or 50 kms of hiking trails will take you to the Dune du Pilat and the various lakes in the region.

Excellent welcome on arrival on Sunday afternoon (rental from Sunday to Sunday possible = very practical). Difficulty at the start finding our mobile home despite the map and directions from the receptionist. Street names were indicated on the map, but we couldn't find them in reality. Once found, the mobile home provided us with an excellent service. It's fully equipped, clean and has a welcoming terrace that's a pleasure to sit on, without too many neighbours! The campsite has a lovely swimming pool with two pools, a slide and two Jacuzzis. There's also a snack bar, a bakery, a café, a games room, a pétanque court, beach volleyball courts, a superb children's playground, mini golf, and a small city stadium (soccer and basketball). It's a shame that the latter is almost always occupied by the same group of young people (would it be possible to set up a system of slots)? The campsite is 800 km from the ocean, and the same for the Biscarrosse market and a multitude of restaurants. In conclusion, a really pleasant stay with an excellent welcome. Thank you and see you soon!
