Camping La Croix du Sud **** is ideally located by the sea, just 800 meters from the Mediterranean. It welcomes you to Barcarès, between Leucate and Perpignan in the Pyrénées Orientales, in a friendly, peaceful natural setting close to the Mediterranean Sea.
In addition to the pleasures of the sea, you'll enjoy a heated aquatic area with 2 types of slide: a spiral slide and a 2-lane slide - everything to delight your children! There's also a fun paddling pool, an outdoor swimming pool for doing laps and a Jacuzzi.
To liven up your stay, you'll have access to a host of free leisure facilities, including a multi-sports pitch (soccer, basketball, volleyball), petanque courts, table tennis and a children's playground.
A new wellness area, featuring a fitness room, sauna/hammam spa, sensory shower, ice fountain and hydromassage table, has been specially designed for your moments of relaxation. Go for it!
In July and August, the campsite offers daytime entertainment for the whole family, including stretching sessions, aquatic awakenings and sports tournaments.
Your evenings will also be enlivened by shows for children and adults, as well as dance and foam parties!
A children's club is available free of charge for our youngest guests (6/12 years) in July and August, where they can enjoy fun and creative activities in the company of an entertainer. On the program? Handicraft workshops, introduction to dance, discovery workshops, treasure hunts and sports games.
For added comfort, the campsite offers a range of practical services: an on-site restaurant with take-away facilities, baby equipment, a grocery store, bed linen rental and much more.

a little too far from the pool (we were at the very end of the campsite), no light in the parental room during the whole stay despite several reminders, all the dishes to put away when we arrived and to leave before leaving (I don't understand this system) but overall everything went well.
