Located in Vendays-Montalivet, Camping Campéole Médoc Plage ****, welcomes you 950m from the beach in the heart of a charming pine forest: the campsite is set in an exceptional environment for vacations with family or friends. The joy of living in an oasis of well-being to share the delights of the Médoc!
In addition to the beach, you'll also be able to swim in a magnificent aquatic area featuring an outdoor pool heated all season long, a whirlpool bath and, above all, multi-track slides!
A beautiful aquatic area will be available: 850m² heated outdoor pool, a wild river and a lagoon, 13 slides (1 with "Space Hole" sensation, 1 "body slide", 1 with a buoy, 10 pentaglides (including 3 for children), an outdoor water garden with games, paddling pools with games, anatomical benches, whirlpool, a heated indoor pool (renovated for 2024) open all season long, as well as sunbathing areas. What happiness in perspective!
To make your stay as dynamic as possible, you'll also have access to a host of leisure facilities, including an entertainment tent, a playground and inflatables for the little ones! For the grown-ups, there's a multi-sports field, a petanque court, 3 ping-pong tables and a beach volleyball court.
New for 2024: a multi-sports pitch for soccer, basketball, handball, badminton and much more!
Your stay will be punctuated by a variety of daytime activities led by a team of entertainers: fitness classes, muscle-building: thighs-abdos-buttocks, gentle gym, archery, pétanque, soccer, basketball, handball and beach volleyball tournaments.
Your evenings will also be enlivened by dance evenings, karaoke evenings, aperitif games, shows: magic, concerts, children's shows, entertainers' shows, café-théâtre.
3 Children's Clubs welcome our youngest guests (aged 4/6, 7/10 and 11/13), offering a wide range of fun and creative activities during the summer school vacations.
Teens will not be left out: they can also have fun at the Club Ados 14/17 during the summer school vacations.
For your convenience, the campsite offers a wide range of services: wifi access, restaurant, snack/bar, grocery store, bread depot and much more...
Near the campsite, you can discover the region on foot, by bike or by car, exploring prestigious vineyards. Footpaths and cycle paths take you all the way to the ocean... Discover the Vauban citadel of Blaye, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the charms of the small villages from Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac to the banks of the Gironde Estuary.
Not far from the campsite you'll find the Cordouan lighthouse (31km), the Cité du Vin (93km), the Bassin d'Arcachon (80km)...

a lot of traffic on the driveway in front of the campsite, so it's noisy and a bit annoying considering the price of the rental - no mini-market in the campsite - no information on the documents to be provided (you have to call the campsite before your arrival to avoid bad surprises, especially if you are accompanied by a third person (niece): parental authorisation, insurance ....... More than an hour and a half of waiting to do the arrival procedures with all the documents bar of the campsite very badly organized (a lot of waiting)
