Detached house between forest and truffle-field. On the first floor, you'll appreciate the living room with its wood-burning stove, sofa and TV, and the dining room with kitchen (dishwasher, 3 gas rings, oven, microwave, fridge). There's also a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you'll have access to 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140x190) and one with 2 single beds (90x190). Separate WC. Unenclosed grounds and terrace with garden furniture. Outdoor games for children below in the forest. Baby equipment: cot, changing mat, high chair, bathtub. End-of-stay cleaning €50. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets 12€ per bed/change. Capacity of 4 people cannot be exceeded. 3 km from Bastide d'Eymet (houses with arcades, fountain and 13th-century castle). You're also 25 km from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved some of its original features (half-timbered houses). It's the ideal starting point for exploring the vineyards and bastides. Châteaux de Bridoire , Duras and Monbazillac. Don't miss the Thursday market, which has been held since the bastide was founded, as well as numerous events throughout the summer.
