Its location is ideal to discover the region, 5 minutes from Carnac and 30 minutes from Vannes.
This beautiful 127 sqm wooden house, located in the town of Plouharnel, just 5 minutes from the beaches by car will seduce you by its contemporary style. Offering calm and brightness with its large bay windows, it is the ideal home for your stay with friends or family by the sea.
Upon entering the house, you arrive directly in the living room, consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc). There is a door to access the laundry room with a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, two large double bedrooms, a room with 4 single beds (bunk beds, ideal for children) and a separate toilet. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub.
A garden with a shed and a large wooden terrace to enjoy an aperitif and the Breton sun!
This pretty house Ty-Mescaven is managed by the agency Cocoonr Vannes-Morbihan. You will be welcomed on site by our teams. Bed linen and towels are provided and your bed will be made upon arrival. To start your stay, we provide you some capsules of coffee, tea, sugar... Relax and enjoy your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.
A market around the Place du Général de Gaulle at 600 m every Friday from 8 am to 1 pm, and all year round! A large supermarket at 850 m open 7 days a week in the high season you will find a caterer, a butcher and a fishmonger.
A wide choice of means of transport in the municipality of Plouharnel to facilitate your trips. A BREIZHGO bus line (Auray-Carnac-Quiberon), the possibility of renting bicycles 800 m from the accommodation and the famous Tire-Bouchon line, an atypical train that runs between Auray and Quiberon during the summer.
Lovers of nature, you will appreciate its beaches, dunes and the bike path leading to the Wild Coast on the side of Quiberon.
