Set on a 3-hectare site, sheltered from the mistral, the pitches are flat and planted with trees, separated by hedges. The terraced campsite offers exceptional views over fields of lavender, olive and apricot trees.
Two sanitary facilities, a large aquatic area with a heated swimming pool, a children's playground and large areas with parasols and deckchairs, a playground with home-ball, volleyball court, inflatable games, ...., two bowling alleys, a bar/restaurant/glacier with terrace, a grocery store, a bread and pastry service, electric bike and mountain bike rental, free wi-fi on almost all pitches, and 10 amp electricity on all pitches.
For hikers (GR9) and mountain bikers, there are trailheads at the foot of the campsite with rock-climbing and paragliding launch sites.
The campsite is close to the region's towns, villages and tourist centers (Nyons, Vaison la romaine, Grignan, Avignon, Lac du Pas des ondes, aquatic center, Crocodile Farm, Grotte Chauvet, etc.) and famous Provencal markets.

Description of the region
In the heart of the Baronnies natural park, discover the commune of Venterol, a Provencal hilltop village with its astonishing campanile, its Romanesque church, its two traditional restaurants, the ruins of the château ratier, its winding lanes and enjoy its secret gardens protected by low dry-stone walls.
2 kms away, explore the Combe de Sauve, on foot, by bike or by car, and enjoy this unspoilt natural setting and the magnificent emerald-green color of its waterfalls.
Turn into a treasure-hunting adventurer, with fossil sites (blue marl), saffrons and sandstone balls just a few minutes from the campsite.
Stroll through fields of lavender, apricot and olive trees (Nyons olives).
Discover Nyons (old Provencal town with Roman bridge), Richerenches (Templar village and truffle capital), Dieulefit for its pottery, Remuzat for its vultures, Avignon the city of the Popes, not forgetting the giant of Provence: Mont Ventoux.
You can also visit the village of Grignan with its magnificent château (Comtesse de Sévigné), and Vaison la Romaine with its ancient site.
Every day of the week, you can stroll through the famous Provencal markets, with all their local and regional produce.
