MENDIONDE - C609 - Detached house for up to 8 people, at the entrance to the village of Mendionde, just 30 min from the Basque coast, this beautiful home will be ideal for vacations with family or friends. Enjoy the 2,040m² garden and the view of the Basque mountains.
First floor: 1 large bedroom (160cm bed), with adjoining dressing room - Bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Large living room with TV adjoining the open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine and garden equipment (barbecue, deckchairs, etc.). Upstairs: library area (board games, etc.) with small balcony. 3 large bedrooms with 160cm beds and shower room with WC.
INTERNET ACCESS - PETS NOT ALLOWED
Bed linen and towels are not provided (a fee is payable on request).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service can be arranged for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
