A warm and welcoming house, very well located 500m from the lively Avenue de la Mer district and 500m from the beach, this charming, very well-equipped, very well-maintained (interior paintwork 2024), elegantly decorated house of approx. 60m² comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the garage, which has been converted into a 3rd bedroom.
You'll enjoy the terrace for meals or just relaxing, and the wooded, fenced garden with direct access to the bike path that leads directly to the beach, where you can stroll along the many bike paths that criss-cross the Côte de Lumière, or go a little further and visit the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu!
The property has been classified 2 stars meublé de tourisme since 2022.
The house comprises a
- fully-equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge/freezer - dishwasher/washing machine (new in 2023), mini-electric oven (medium size) and microwave.
- Open-plan living room: dining table with chairs, 1 sofa, 1 armchair, flat-screen TV, Blue Ray and radio. French windows give access to the terrace and garden.
Velux windows provide even more light.
The night space is composed as follows:

Both bedrooms overlook the garden.
