LA TRANCHE SUR MER, house (single-storey/1981) on enclosed grounds (approx. 500 m²), in a quiet residential area, at the entrance to La Grière. Approx. 550 m from the Flandre Dunkerque beach, 500 m from small shops at the Maupas traffic circle and approx. 1 km from Super U and its "Les Joncs" shopping area.
