Come and discover our beautiful sandy beaches with this apartment and its breathtaking ocean view.
Located just a stone's throw from the resort center, you'll be able to enjoy the most beautiful scenery, activities and entertainment.
This walk-through duplex apartment can accommodate up to 7 people for an unforgettable stay at Mimizan Plage with family or friends, for a weekend or a week or more.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with WC and a main room opening onto a balcony from which you can admire the magnificent sunsets. This main room includes a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster) and a living room with TV (no WIFI, but you can rent a box from the agency).
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed from which you can admire the movement of the waves, and a third bedroom with 3 90cm beds.
There's an additional bathroom and separate toilet with washing machine for added convenience.
Finally, you'll have access to a parking space. Once parked, you can walk to everything.
