The Résidence CÔTÉ PLAGE enjoys a prime location at the entrance to the village. This gîte, located right next to Port Maria beach, is sure to please. The beach is a favorite with regulars, bordered by the attractive Port Maria promenade, a veritable local "croisette". It's a friendly, pleasant place to meet up, with its many waterfront bars and restaurants. Not far from the rental site, you'll also find the Port de Kernével opposite the citadel of Port Louis, the Parc Océanique de Kerguelen, a remarkable site with 82 hectares of flora and fauna, and a nautical center where children and adults alike can enjoy water sports. This apartment is located on the first floor of a residence and has its own independent entrance. On one level, it comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting room (sofa bed 140x190 for 1 person). It also has a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with toilet. The rental benefits from a 24.50 m² private terrace and a basement parking space. The apartment is located on the edge of a busy street.
*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
