This former farmhouse has been lovingly restored in soft tones. The part on the right (without the gray shutters) has been renovated (on the terrace side), while the other remains an outbuilding. Access to the entrance is via the terrace with a few steps. All rooms are on the same level. The entrance hallway leads to the shower room and separate toilet. The living room comprises a dining area with 2 cosy armchairs, followed by an open-plan sitting area with sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to 2 bedrooms: one for 2 people (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) and a second, family-sized bedroom for 4 people in a row: 1 room with 1 bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm) and 1 room with 2 beds for 1 person (90 x 190 cm). Oil-fired heating and electricity not included. In fine weather, sit out on the terrace or enjoy the large green space, part of which is fenced in. Charcoal barbecue. Vichy 35 km. Gannat 19 km. Charroux 7 km. Ebreuil lake and canoe, accrobranches at Echassières 12 km.
BED & BREAKFAST MUST HAVE: Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Linen included. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
