Magnificent 17-square-meter studio in Aix-en-Provence.
Welcome to my home!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 17-square-meter apartment, which is perfectly suited to a tourist or business stay. It's ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy reach of the city center, served by public transport and close to restaurants and shops. You'll love its location, with easy access to places of interest.

Accommodation
The studio includes a living room with a sleeping area and sofa bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Facilities include parking, television, coffee machine, bed linen, towels and microwave.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.
The advantage of my accommodation is that it's just 1 min from bus routes 04, 15SP and 18. This gives you easy access to the city center, 17 min away, where you'll find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, shopping malls, pharmacies, department stores, bakeries, pastry shops, fishmongers, chocolate shops, butchers...
You can also : Stroll through the Old Town (15 minutes away), stroll along the Cours Mirabeau and Place de l'Hôtel de Ville (15 and 17 minutes respectively), discover the Mazarin district (23 minutes away), visit Cézanne's studio and the Jas de Bouffan country house (30 and 27 minutes respectively), take a stroll in the Parc Jourdan, 18 minutes away, visit the Musée Granet and the Fondation Vasarely, respectively 20 and 24 minutes away, relax at the Thermes Sextius, 23 minutes away, and taste calissons at the "Calissons d'Aix Léonard PARLI", 13 minutes away.
You'll also have the opportunity to explore and climb the Sainte-Victoire mountain together, which is 28 min away by car.

As you stroll around the famous Cours Mirabeau, shaded by its canopy of plane trees, you'll admire a number of private mansions and monuments - Hôtel de Ville, Ancien Archevêché, Cathédrale Saint-Sauveur, Pavillon de Vendôme. The squares, adorned with fountains, are all enchanting places to discover as you stroll around. Aix enjoys an exceptional geographical location, and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the picturesque charm of the surrounding villages, and by the magnificent landscapes immortalized by painters such as Cézanne, Picasso and Kandinski. You'll also catch a glimpse of the steep peaks of Mont Sainte-Victoire, a paradise for hikers and climbers. Set in a nature reserve, you can contemplate a magnificent panorama of the entire region from the top of the mountain.
