Magnificent 21-square-meter apartment located in the 16ᵉ arrondissement of Paris.
Welcome to my charming 21-square-meter studio, located on the 5th floor without elevator in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
It can accommodate 2 people.
You'll be staying just a 9-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe; and you'll have excellent public transport links to visit the capital's other sights!

Accommodation
Located in Paris on the 5th floor (no elevator), my studio comprises a living area with a double bed, a sitting area with a small dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
You'll be in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, a 9-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and close to museums such as the Musée Yves Saint Laurent (8 minutes), the Musée d'Art Moderne (11 minutes), the Palais Galliera (7 minutes)...
You'll find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops close to the studio, and for your daily needs, there's a Carrefour City 5 minutes' walk away and the Monop' GALILEE 2 minutes away.
You'll also have excellent public transport links for strolling around the city and visiting the many tourist attractions for which the capital is famous! The Eiffel Tower is 21 minutes by bus, the Palais Garnier 21 minutes by metro, the Louvre Museum 14 minutes, the Pantheon 38 minutes and Notre-Dame Cathedral 28 minutes away.

Location
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, to the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne, which lies on the other side of this road.
The arrondissement is essentially residential, but is nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and remarkable sites such as the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne. It is home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros stadium. Including the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in Paris.
