Located in Montmédy, Clara's gîte is the ideal place to come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the Meuse countryside. And for lovers of history and architecture, you can discover the magnificent sites of Montmedy and the surrounding area: the citadel of Montmédy, the basilica of Avioth, the renaissance town of Marville and the charming château of Louppy-sur-Loison. Not far from Verdun, you can visit the various historic war sites. On the practical side, all the shops, pharmacy and supermarket.... are within easy reach of the gîte. Quiet, tastefully renovated house comprising, on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living/dining room with bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. The living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed (real mattress). Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed, the other with 2 90x200 single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. All-inclusive rates, including utilities (25 kwh/day package offered, bill beyond package at 0.17€/kwh).
This all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay (free change of sheets and towels for any stay of at least 21 nights), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - the gîte is heated by gas, so you have 25 Kwh per day (free) (any excess to be paid to the owner on site).
