Come and enjoy this sublime flat on the top floor, very luminous thanks to its beautiful bay windows, a stone's throw from the ocean.
The flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people and consists of a large living room of 60 m² with a fully equipped open kitchen, lounge, dining room, a terrace facing south west ideal for meals and three beautiful bedrooms including a master bedroom with its shower room and an independent shower room. Ideal for holidays with family or friends to enjoy the sea air of Brittany and the Emerald Coast.
A garage is available, bed linen and towels provided.

With a surface area of 140 m², on the 2nd and last floor with lift, facing east/west, the flat is as follows:
