Very beautiful apartment of standing located in Vendée in a village of vacations to Talmont st Hilaire close to the Port of Bourgenay, in front of the lake in 5 min of the seaside.
At 9 kms from Sables d'Olonne.
Very quiet, nature and family oriented.
Description : In the ground floor facing south.

1 folding bed, 1 high chair for baby, 2 flat screen TV's with TNT reception, one of which is equipped with a home cinema and bluthooth. Kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, vacuum cleaner. Storage space in the hallway: cupboards and closet, Beautiful terrace equipped with table and 6 chairs), documentation, books, magazines, games, barbecue and electric plancha, Ping Pong set, ball, fishing equipment.
On the edge of a lake full of fish (free fishing). All the furniture and equipment is recent.
The aquatic area with 5 pools is included in the rental price, open from mid June to mid September.
The village includes all useful shops, mini-market, bakery, bars, restaurants, parking, various activities, golf, tennis, pedal boat with markets, concerts, animations and fireworks on the lake every Friday evening and that in front of the apartment.
And of course enjoy the pleasures of the seaside: sailing, jet skiing, sea fishing, surfing with direct access to Port Bourgenay from the apartment at about 500m walking distance.
Talmont-Saint-Hilaire beach, called Veillon beach, has been elected the most beautiful beach in the Vendée for several years.
Labeled "Pavillon Bleu", the Veillon beach is one of the rare Vendée sites to be awarded this environmental label. This distinction guarantees you a healthy and pleasant stay by the sea, with your family, your partner or your friends.
The beach is accessible either on foot (15 to 20 minutes) or by car (5 minutes) or by the Talmond shuttle (minibus) from the parking lot to the apartment and back every hour.
You can also access by the cycle track, possibility to rent bicycles on the site.
You are 10 minutes away from the superb Aqualonne aquatic complex with its heated indoor swimming pool and its 3 indoor slides and its play pool (family rate)
