Beautiful 200 m2 residence with swimming pool and large garden, able to accommodate 9 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows, satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, children's games and table tennis. Parking on the property. The owners live in an independent part of the house.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The external spaces are characterized by a vast 4,000 m2 area with a meticulously tended and partially fenced garden, a 12x6 saltwater touch pool with a depth varying from 1.10 to 1.60 meters, an outdoor shower with cold water, a sail equipped with a small lounge, pool gazebo, rustic barbecue and sink, sunbeds, parasols, children's games and ping pong. A beautiful loggia with outdoor breakfast table completes the magnificent outdoor space. The garden is equipped with background music. Covered parking on the property.
Interiors
Casa Romano is a typical country residence on two levels. The first floor comprises 1 living room with satellite TV, upright piano, fireplace and exit to the garden, a breakfast area with exit to the garden, a large, well-equipped kitchen with access to the garden, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with additional single bed, 1 bathroom with shower. On the second floor we find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Large terrace accessible from both bedrooms.
Location
The house is located on the slopes of a low hill, at the foot of the famous medieval citadel of Cortona, in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields.

Casa Romano is equipped with heating, air conditioning, cot, high chair, internet connection, mosquito nets on all windows, parking. All bathrooms have hairdryers and courtesy sets.

Included in the price: linen and towels for bathroom, bedding, kitchen (with weekly change), water, electricity (except air conditioning) and gas (except for heating), internet connection, 1 crib and 1 high chair. Housekeeper on request and payable on site.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 30/09. The owners live in a separate part of the house. Only small pets are allowed. Horses are available but not for guests' use.

The position is excellent for lovers of excursions to discover the region's gastronomy and typical products, or to small towns that are easily accessible thanks to the proximity of a freeway junction. There are numerous cultural and wine-gastronomic itineraries to the main centers of Tuscany, such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence, as well as Umbria's Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. The renowned Chianti area is about an hour's drive away.
