Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and access to a large terrace overlooking the main beach.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator.
Pets are not allowed.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern seaside town on the Costa Dorada, situated between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
It's the perfect balance to spend your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for rest and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without neglecting everyone's enjoyment. At La Pineda, you won't be disappointed, as it has a lot to offer in summer.
Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
At La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, with several pools to try out, an extensive gastronomic offer and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is certified as a Family Tourism Destination. So adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.

House rules:
Pets are not allowed
1st floor. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave their garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect community and neighbor rules.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by means of a card pre-authorization.
8th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9th. Wiffi is optional (5€ per day), it must be booked in advance, as there are some devices.
