Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with a beautiful view of the beach and it is air-conditioned.The parking is common with a barrier and outside, there is no assigned space and they are limited.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, ACUOPOLIS and much more.
The building has an elevator, swimming pools, outdoor showers and community parking with an external barrier.
Pets are not allowed.

The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that young and old alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other quality activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9º Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested at the time of booking (€5 per day) as there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
