Beautiful apartment on the second line of the sea WITH BEACH VIEW, ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, air conditioning, wiffi (optional 5€ per day), a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with sofa and access to a large terrace overlooking the main beach. .
In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator and swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern maritime urban center on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large beach of fine white sand, which makes it particularly popular with family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, an extensive gastronomic offer and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is certified as a family tourism destination. This means that young and old alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.

1st place. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur a surcharge.
Departure time from apartment: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
