Las Mimosas apartments are located on the Miami Playa promenade, in a private residence with seaside pool, ideal for enjoying your vacation with friends or family looking for peace and quiet, 50 m from the beach, a few meters from bus stops, a short distance from shops and about 650m from the city center.
Remarks:
Apartments are rented with bedding (towels optional at €4 pax).
We have 5 apartments: all have the same occupancy capacity, the available apartment will be allocated to the requested dates.
Parking is communal, there are a number of parking spaces so we cannot guarantee that you will always find them, however around the apartments there are several areas where you can park.
The accommodation
Beautiful, fully-equipped apartment. Located in a private residence. The house consists of:

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach, in a quiet, private residential area. Ideal for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.

House rules:
1º. We are available to answer any questions you may have so that you can have a pleasant stay.
2. The apartment is rented with sheets (towels optional at 4 € pax).
3. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00)
Time of entry to apartment: from 4:40 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise he/she can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 a.m.
4. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place, washed with garlic and no garbage.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of all guests and to sign the contract.
7. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night and per adult (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8th. Optional wifi at €5/day.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
