Abandoned residence. We've taken it over, but the changes haven't happened yet. Dilapidated dwelling, equipped with the bare minimum. Windows that didn't close. No tennis court to speak of, swimming pool out of order. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the floor is clean but the rest is never done thoroughly. Dust, cobwebs etc... Far from everything, too far for the volcanoes in the end. Disappointed considering the price paid! We won't be coming back and will be making a complaint.

Total disappointment with this dilapidated accommodation. Mouse droppings and cockroaches. Reported to reception, but was removed because my comments were disturbing. No swimming pool. Accommodation far from everything. I asked for rehousing by contacting locasun, which I'm still waiting for. The only nearby activities are pedal-boating at 23 euros an hour and boat hire without a licence at 55 euros an hour. I've now returned home with the impression of not having had a vacation this year. Thank you locasun

very disappointed! Compared to the description, there were a lot of things missing: no electric kettle, no toaster, no microwave oven, no broom, dustpan and dustpan.
