This stone gîte is located on a single level on a raised first floor (approx. 10 steps-storage rooms underneath reserved for the owner). It adjoins the owner's house. You'll enjoy a comfortable living room (sofa, armchair, TV) including a kitchen equipped with 4 gas rings, microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed and 1 x 90x190 bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Unenclosed shared garden on the 27-hectare property. 2 parking spaces directly in front of the gîte. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Towels €8 per person, sheets €15 per bed, €5 heating per day, end-of-stay cleaning €65. Immerse yourself in the heart of Périgord Noir, on a typical property in the middle of a working walnut grove, where the famous Noix du Périgord takes pride of place. You'll be halfway between the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites (Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of prehistory, and Montignac, Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art) and the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...). Not to mention picturesque villages and gourmet markets.
