Restored skillfully from a medieval hamlet, Fattoria degli Usignoli is a series of blissful, modern holiday apartments with the quaint charm of traditional Tuscan architecture. The property on offer is a convenient ground-floor apartment with a peaceful setting featuring an exposed-beam ceiling, terracotta floors and a window with a wooden arch from where you can soak up a wide view of the gentle Tuscan landscape. There is an LCD TV, dining, air-conditioning and a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge inside the apartment for a comfortable and carefree stay.
A private terrace is also available for spending carefree moments of relaxation, meanwhile, the well-tended gardens are full of things to do. There are 2 beautiful, shared swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols. For more active guests there is a tennis court, a football pitch, table tennis, roller skating area and other children’s games.
There is a riding school on site and treks on horseback can be arranged. Guests can also rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area. The Fattoria has a communal sitting room, restaurant and a wine shop.

Location
In the village of Pratomagno, the Fattoria is ideally located for guests to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. Florence, with its world-famous museums and palaces, and Arezzo, another beautiful city to the south, are within a one-hour drive from here. The town of Greve in Chianti (a 55-minute drive) has many vineyards where you can try the local Chianti wines and take some bottles home.
For something more modern, The Mall, in the town of Leccio (16 minutes) has tons of designer outlets, selling the best of Italian designer brands such as Fendi, Armani, Gucci etc. Leccio also has good local shops, for fruit and vegetables as well as a small supermarket. The abbey at Vallombrosa (22 minutes) makes an interesting day trip. Here you can see how monks lived and worked hundreds of years ago. The abbey also has extensive woodlands with hiking paths under the cool trees. You can also visit the Valdarno villages Pian di Scò (20 , Figline and Incisa, Castelfranco di Sopra, San Giovanni Valdarno, Loro Ciuffenna within 20-30 minutes drive from here.
Florence’s international airport is 48 minutes away.
