It's ideally located in a quiet area close to the SEA and the BEACH, but also close to bars and restaurants. You'll love its location, with easy access to places of interest.

I'm delighted to welcome you to my home for your next dream vacation!
My accommodation is ideal for a holiday with friends or family. It includes two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed where you can relax after a long day out. There's also a furnished TERRACE in the GARDEN, where you can enjoy lunch or an aperitif with your friends outside on sunny days!
a large 8-hectare landscaped park. Nestled between the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean, Les Parcs de Grimaud is a pedestrian-only haven of peace for families. Built into the hillside, the residence is composed of small 2 to 3-storey Provencal-style buildings. Enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool with paddling pool (April to October) or at the beach, just 500 m away on foot.

The little ones can splash around in our children's pool.

There's also a shared SWIMMING POOL, which is very pleasant and much appreciated in summer!

The location of the accommodation is ideal for a variety of outdoor activities. For picnics, beach volleyball, walks by the sea..., the BEACH is a 5-minute drive away. If you're a fan of parasailing and zip-lining, FLYING SAILOR and Grimaud aventure are a 10-minute walk and 6-minute drive respectively. A mountain bike rental service is just 17 minutes away for bike touring. The PORT des Marines in Cogolin is a 9-minute drive away for water sports and boat trips.
During your vacation, you'll have the opportunity to discover and visit the town's emblematic sites, such as the Cité lacustre du Port, 4 min away by car, Église Saint-Michel and Maison Des Arcades, 10 min away, Château de Grimaud, 14 min away, Moulin Saint-Roch, 13 min away, Pont des Fées, 11 min away, and Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Queste, 6 min away by car.
For daily shopping, the Utile supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
To wash your clothes, there's a launderette nearby.

Port Grimaud is a French commune in the Var department on the Côte d'Azur. Built right on the sea, the town's architecture is both traditional and original, with columns, capitals and facades of all colors, as well as criss-crossing canals. It's a favorite with tourists, where you can enjoy the beach and its azure waters during the day, and stroll through the Provencal and Mediterranean decor in the evening. Port Grimaud is a picturesque place to live, a true heritage of French culture.
