Holiday apartment with private garden in a four-family villa with 4 sleeping accommodations, 5.5 km from the sea of Versilia.
It is located in Capezzano Pianore of Camaiore, about 300 meters from the town center with many stores, including grocery stores, bars and tobacconists.
The sea and the beaches of Lido di Camaiore can be easily reached by car along the main road near the house.
Casa Elisa has a private entrance, through a manual driveway gate, and a private parking space in the garden.
The private garden, about 100sqm, is at complete disposal of the guests who can use the barbecue and the table for outdoor dining.
