Casa "luna" Incredible Sea ViewThe accommodation is an ancient farmer's house in typical Eloian style, built more than 100 years ago and recently renovated. During the works, ancient construction techniques and original materials were used, including reeds, lime and wooden beams.Number of bedrooms: 1; Number of other rooms with beds: 1
Only in our house you will be able to experience the atmosphere of an ancient time now gone.
The house has a small furnished living room, which leads to the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom contains a double bed, while in the living room you will find a sofa bed for one person. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, it is still possible to see the old renovated wood-burning stove inside. The house is quite cool, as it was built on two small cisterns that contain rainwater, in any case, with an extra cost it is possible to turn on an air conditioner in the living room. Since the house is small, it is also possible to refresh the bedroom. The external veranda, furnished with tables and chairs, overlooks the sea entirely. A small area next to the house is equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing and an outdoor shower, all with a splendid view of the island of Vulcano.
Via a panoramic road (approx. 300 m) which can only be traveled on foot with ups and downs, you will arrive at the house in 5-6 minutes. This feature guarantees silence, peace and tranquility. The price includes the transport of luggage on arrival and departure, garbage, groceries that you will buy at the supermarket on the first day, as well as a taxi that will pick you up at the port (only on arrival).
Near the "moon" house we also rent the "sea - sky - sun" houses, all of which are always advertised on Your.Rentals. As already described, we will take care of transporting your luggage, upon arrival from the port to your home, and on your return to the municipal road. Furthermore, if during your stay you need to get off heavy parcels, our employee, by agreeing it beforehand, will take everything to your house with our 4x4 car.
The position of the terraces at the level of our houses guarantees total privacy; from one house it is not possible to see the terraces of the other houses.
A telephone number will be at your disposal 24 hours a day for any need, you can request where to rent boats, cars or scooters. If you need it, I suggest you book your vehicle before your arrival.
We offer you Silence, Tranquility, Sea, rocks and a beautiful beach nearby.
In a common panoramic area not far from our 4 houses, there is a wood-burning oven and a large barbecue, tables and chairs.
The bus stop near the house will allow you to reach the village of Lipari in a few minutes, appreciated by tourists from all over the world. It will be possible in the wood oven, with an additional cost, to prepare pizzas and make bread. The house is located within a vast land owned by us only, we guarantee silence, peace and tranquility. This feature will allow you, in the evening, to view the stars of the entire Milky Way, you can, if you're lucky, "touch" the shooting stars. The moon will rise from the sea right in front of you, a unique spectacle.
